Let’s begin responsibly.
Before the espresso martinis, we stretch. We hydrate. We recover. We tell ourselves we’re entering our wellness era.
Raeya Wellness
Web
Address: 750 S Rampart Blvd #8, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States
Phone: +1 725-999-4921
This one was quite literally made for us.
Raeya is a women-centered wellness sanctuary in Summerlin that brings together massage, facials, Pilates and fitness, IV therapy, recovery treatments and personalized wellness services all under one very pretty roof. It’s less “appointment” and more I’m disappearing for a few hours; please don’t call me.
Come for a facial or massage, stay for a class and turn it into an entire reset day. (Raeya Wellness)
Girlie verdict: The full wellness-day experience.
Pause Las Vegas
Web
Address: 1043 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States
Phone: +1 725-217-6179
For the friend group that takes recovery almost as seriously as brunch.
Pause offers infrared sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy, float therapy, compression, LED light therapy and IV services at its Las Vegas studio on Rampart. (Pause Studio)
Book a float if your brain has 47 tabs open. Try contrast therapy if you’re feeling brave. Either way, it’s an excellent stop when the group chat collectively decides, we need to reset.
Girlie verdict: Wellness, but make it high-tech.
Lapis & Oak Spa and Salt Lounge
Web
Address: 615 S Green Valley Pkwy #120, Henderson, NV 89052, United States
Phone: +1 702-848-2424
Henderson girlies, this one’s for you.
Lapis & Oak is a boutique day spa in Green Valley offering massages, facials and a dedicated salt lounge. It’s the kind of place for an afternoon when nobody wants an agenda beyond relaxing, catching up and emerging significantly more serene than when you walked in.
They even offer group experiences designed for things like birthdays and girls’ days, which feels particularly appropriate here.
Girlie verdict: When “we should all do a spa day” finally makes it out of the group chat.
The Salt Room Summerlin
Web
Address: 1958 Village Center Cir #7, Las Vegas, NV 89134, United States
Phone: +1 702-228-7258
Sometimes we don’t need another meeting. We need 45 minutes in a salt cave.
The Salt Room offers halotherapy alongside massages, facials, body treatments and other wellness services. Even better, there are locations around the valley, including Summerlin, Henderson and the south side of Las Vegas. (The Salt Room)
Girlie verdict: Quiet. Cozy. Phone down. Nervous system off duty.
TruFusion Summerlin
Web
Address: 1870 Festival Plaza Dr #200, Las Vegas, NV 89135, United States
Phone: +1 702-906-2777
For the girl who says, “Want to grab brunch?” but somehow schedules a workout first.
TruFusion’s Summerlin studio at Downtown Summerlin offers a huge variety of group fitness — think yoga, Pilates, barre, cycling, boxing and strength-based classes, including heated formats.
It’s perfect when everyone’s workout personality is slightly different but you still want to go together.
Girlie verdict: Sweat first. Brunch immediately after.
Sunday Pilates
Web
Address: 6780 S Fort Apache Rd Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89148, United States
Phone: +1 702-798-8000
Cute set? Check.
Water bottle? Check.
Questioning every life decision somewhere around the third set of pulses? Also check.
Sunday Pilates has multiple Las Vegas Valley studios and offers Reformer, Cadillac and strength-focused classes ranging from slower technique sessions to athletic sculpting. (Sunday Pilates)
Girlie verdict: Pilates princess behavior encouraged.
Now that we’ve worked out, floated, stretched or at least thought about doing one of those things, we’ve earned brunch.
Las Vegas takes brunch seriously, as it should.
Summer House
Web
Address: 6915 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89148, United States
Phone: +1 702-623-5011
Bright, airy, California-inspired and basically dressed for brunch before you even arrive.
Summer House at Durango is one of those easy choices when you want good food and a room that feels like daytime even after Vegas has kept you out a little too late. Weekend brunch currently runs Saturday and Sunday, and there’s a Cookie Bar, which frankly feels like all the justification we need. (Summer House Santa Monica)
Girlie verdict: Brunch, rosé and absolutely take a cookie home.
Bardot Brasserie
Web
Address: ARIA Resort & Casino, 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States
Phone: +1 702-590-8610
When brunch requires lipstick.
Bardot brings the French-brasserie energy: sophisticated, indulgent and just fancy enough to justify ordering something bubbly before noon.
This is the brunch for birthdays, celebrations or simply deciding that eggs taste better when eaten somewhere beautiful.
Girlie verdict: Très girlie.
Sadelle’s
Web
Address: Bellagio Hotel & Casino, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States
Phone: +1 702-693-7075
A Vegas breakfast classic with a front-row seat to one of the prettiest settings on the Strip.
Sadelle’s is where you go when breakfast itself is the event. Order the coffee, get something fabulous for the table and settle in. We’re not rushing.
Girlie verdict: Main-character breakfast.
The Stove NV
Web
Address: 11261 S Eastern Ave #200, Henderson, NV 89052, United States
Phone: +1 725-339-2300
The Stove understands something very important:
Brunch should occasionally become a party.
Located in Henderson, it mixes brunch with music, cocktails and plenty of personality. Their current lineup includes traditional morning brunch followed by livelier party-brunch hours later in the day. (THE STOVE NV)
This is not the location for whispering over an egg-white omelet.
Girlie verdict: Come hungry. Bring the fun friend.
Parlour Wine Bar and Eatery
Web
Address: 1716 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy #100, Henderson, NV 89012, United States
Phone: +1 702-627-2174
For a slightly more grown-up girls’ outing, Parlour is intimate, wine-focused and built around small plates and conversation.
Think less chaotic brunch energy, more let’s order several things for the table and somehow stay for three hours.
Girlie verdict: The sophisticated friend in the group chat. (Parlour Wine Bar & Eatery)
You know what we mean.
Facials. Skin. A little refresh. The appointments we call “maintenance” as if maintaining all of this isn’t practically a part-time job.
Sikara Medspa
1955 Festival Plaza Dr., Suite 180 · Downtown Summerlin
702-778-6886 · sikaramedspa.com
Sikara is one of those places where the setting is almost as pretty as the reason you came. Located right in Downtown Summerlin, this boutique med spa offers everything from injectables and HydraFacials to Morpheus8, IPL, skin tightening and body contouring—all in a gorgeous, polished space that feels much more spa day than doctor’s office.
Girlie verdict: A little maintenance, but make it luxury.
Chic la Vie
7650 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 3 · Las Vegas
702-233-8535 · chiclavie.com
Chic la Vie is for the girl who has an actual skincare plan—or is finally ready to get one. Their menu covers everything from HydraFacials and customized facials to injectables, IPL, Fraxel, laser treatments and body treatments, so it’s an easy place to handle several items on the beauty-maintenance list under one roof.
Girlie verdict: Because “low maintenance” still requires maintenance.
Center For Aesthetic Medicine
Web
Address: 3038 S Durango Dr #100, Las Vegas, NV 89117, United States
Phone: +1 702-333-4896
Located on Durango and serving the greater Las Vegas Valley from its Summerlin-area location, the Center for Aesthetic Medicine is one to keep bookmarked when you’re looking for more advanced aesthetic and wellness services. (Center for Aesthetic Medicine)
Girlie verdict: Because skincare is self-care and occasionally science.
Not every girls’ date requires a reservation and a bottle of champagne.
Sometimes we just need caffeine and 90 uninterrupted minutes to discuss something that absolutely could have been explained in a six-minute phone call.
Café Lola
Web
Address: 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States
Phone: +1 725-696-5658
Pretty drinks, feminine interiors and the sort of café where ordering something solely because it’s cute is completely acceptable.
Café Lola was basically built for a girls’ coffee date.
Girlie verdict: Your camera roll will know you were here.
Le Café du Sud — Southern Highlands
11350 Southern Highlands Pkwy., Suite 155
Las Vegas, NV 89141
702-686-5666
www.lecafeduvegas.com
For the girlies who would rather pretend they’re having coffee somewhere in France for an hour. Le Café du Sud is the Southern Highlands outpost of Le Café du Vegas, serving French-inspired breakfast and brunch, beautiful pastries, crêpes and galettes, sandwiches, and—most importantly—very good coffee. It’s bright, pretty and relaxed enough for a casual coffee date, but cute enough that nobody is mad when someone says, “Wait, don’t touch anything until I get a picture.”
Girlie verdict: A little Southern Highlands, a little South of France.
Le Cafe du Val
Web
Address: 1550 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy Ste g, Henderson, NV 89012, United States
Phone: +1 702-592-0880
For a little French café moment without purchasing a plane ticket.
Coffee, pastries, conversation. Simple. Chic. Correct.
Girlie verdict: Pretend we’re in Paris until someone mentions the 215.
For the matcha girlies, Hatoya belongs on the list.
It’s the stop when the coffee drinker and the serious matcha friend need somewhere both can be happy — although let’s be honest, the matcha friend will still explain why her order is superior.
Girlie verdict: Matcha date approved.
Broken Coffee - Spring Mountain
Web
Address: 5115 W Spring Mountain Rd, Ste 123, Las Vegas, NV 89146
Phone: +17029293450
A local favorite with several Las Vegas locations, Broken Coffee focuses on handcrafted coffee and matcha and has that polished neighborhood-café energy that makes you want to sit down instead of grabbing your drink and leaving. (BROKEN COFFEE)
Girlie verdict: Great coffee, great vibe, dangerous place to say “let’s just meet for 20 minutes.”
Gäbi Coffee & Bakery
Web
Address: 5808 Spring Mountain Rd #104, Las Vegas, NV 89146, United States
Phone: +1 702-331-1144
Gäbi is a whole mood.
Inspired by Korean coffee culture, it combines specialty coffee, premium matcha, artisan bakery items and a beautifully designed space that practically demands a long catch-up. (Gabi Coffee & Bakery)
Come hungry.
Girlie verdict: Coffee date + pastry date + photo opportunity.
Mothership Coffee - Summerlin
Web
Address: 1980 Festival Plaza Dr #115, Las Vegas, NV 89135, United States
Phone: +1 702-268-7027
Mothership’s Downtown Summerlin location is perfect for coffee before shopping, after Pilates or during one of those “I need to tell you something” emergency meetups.
There’s indoor seating, a patio, pastries and sandwiches, and it’s right in the middle of Downtown Summerlin. Mothership also happens to source its coffee from female farmers, which feels especially appropriate for this list. (Mothership Coffee Roasters)
Girlie verdict: Girls supporting girls — caffeinated edition.
Here’s the thing about living in Las Vegas:
Eventually you realize you can have an incredible night out without waiting behind a velvet rope, buying a table or screaming an entire conversation into your friend’s ear.
Revolutionary.
Wax Rabbit Speakeasy
Web
Address: 6915 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89148, United States
Phone: +1 702-567-7839
Hidden inside Mijo at Durango Casino & Resort, Wax Rabbit is an intimate speakeasy with tequila, mezcal, craft cocktails and DJs spinning entirely on vinyl. (Wax Rabbit)
Moody lighting? Yes.
Secret-ish entrance? Yes.
Excellent excuse to wear the outfit? Absolutely.
Girlie verdict: Start here when the group chat says, somewhere sexy, but not a club.
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar
Web
Address: 11011 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135, United States
Phone: +1 702-797-7344
Hearthstone is an easy girls’-night choice when dinner and drinks are both equally important.
It’s the kind of place where you can actually sit down, order food, have cocktails and catch up without turning the evening into an entire production.
Girlie verdict: Dinner that very easily becomes drinks.
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails
Web
Address: Boulevard Tower, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 1, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States
Phone: +1 702-698-7434
Yes, there’s actually a barbershop.
No, that’s not really why we’re here.
Behind it is a swanky speakeasy-style lounge with cocktails, live entertainment and exactly the kind of unexpected Vegas energy we want on a girls’ night.
Girlie verdict: A little secret-door drama never hurt anybody.
Glitter Gulch Tiki
Web
Address: 113 N 4th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States
Phone: +1 702-826-2475
Downtown Vegas gets the final word.
Glitter Gulch Tiki puts a modern spin on traditional tiki with a nod to old-school, neon-lit Las Vegas. The menu includes classic and modern tiki drinks, shareable Scorpion Bowls and even Dole Soft Serve cocktails. (Glitter Gulch Tiki)
Subtle? No.
Fun? Extremely.
Girlie verdict: Order something ridiculous. It’s Vegas.
If I were planning the whole day?
Pilates in the morning.
Coffee immediately afterward because we’ve earned it.
Go home. Shower. Become a new person.
Meet back up for brunch.
Disappear into a spa for a few hours.
Take the long way home because somebody needs to change outfits.
Then dinner, cocktails somewhere moody, and home at an hour that allows us to wake up tomorrow without regretting every decision we’ve ever made.
That’s what I call balance.
Las Vegas will always have the Strip, the casinos and the 4 a.m. nights.
But the version of Vegas I love is also coffee with your best friend. Pilates on a Saturday morning. Long brunches. Local businesses. Spa afternoons. A great cocktail. And having the kind of city where there’s always somewhere new to try together.
So send this to the group chat.
You girls have plans to make.
